My senior thesis project at SFSU culminated in conceptualizing a design solution that addresses a social issue within a community. I looked inward to my own experience as a Filipina American and the lack of mentorship in the field of design I so needed as a youth. After rounds of research and development, my ultimate solution was an organization that supports and inspires young Filipino Americans interested in design by offering events, education, and professional guidance.
